3. Purpose of personal data processing
The personal data stored in Kaira Industrial Metrics’ customer registers is used for the management of customer relationships, providing services, marketing purposes, as well as for the development/planning of the company’s services and other operations, and similar purposes.

Right of access
The data subject has the right to access their personal data stored by us.

The data subject has the right to request correction of any innaccurate or incomplete information concerning them.

The data subject has the right to object to the processing of their personal data if they believe that their personal data has been processed unlawfully.

The data controller is obliged to retain accounting records for the period defined in the Accounting Act (Chapter 2, Section 10) (10 years). Therefore, accounting-related material cannot be deleted before the expiration of the statutory deadline.

If the processing of personal data concerning the data subject is based solely on consent and not, for example, on a customer or membership relationship, the data subject can withdraw their consent.
The data subject can lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Ombudsman.
The data subject has the right to request the restriction of the processing of disputed data until the matter is resolved.

Personal data is collected from the customer themselves when the customer relationship is established and through the data controller’s systems via online forms. Additionally, data is updated from official sources or other service providers to ensure the accuracy of the information.

Information is not generally disclosed for marketing purposes outside Kaira Industrial Metrics and its member companies.
8. Duration of processing
Personal data is processed as long as the customer relationship is in effect. The data subject can unsubscribe from our marketing list by following the link provided in each marketing email we send or by sending a message to: tuomo.tolonen@laskentaosaajat.fi

The data controller and its employees process personal data. We may also partially outsource the processing of personal data to a third party, in which case we ensure through contractual arrangements that the personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and otherwise appropriately.
